🚚 Delivery
Orders ship within 7–10 business days (excluding weekends & holidays). Delays may occur due to unavoidable circumstances. If finishing defects are found, we'll fix and ship the corrected item separately.
🚫 Order Cancellation
Once payment is processed and invoice is generated, cancellation isn’t allowed. Forced cancellation incurs a 100% penalty.
🎨 Design Approval
Our team will connect multiple times to confirm design, size & print. Final approval is binding — no changes post-approval.
📦 Delivery Charges
Free delivery to one address. Additional charges apply for multi-location or door-to-door delivery.
📏 Size & Colour
Sizes will be based on the size chart shared at the time of deal confirmation. Minor colour variations may occur between mock-up and final print due to screen and printer differences.
🔁 Refund & Replacement
No refunds once the order is confirmed. If there's an error from our side, we’ll replace the item within 7 working days.
